This is on display at the National Maritime Museum, Cornwall. Perhaps it should have been called empty fish market. Anyway it was beautiful, the light coming in through the plastic strips over the doors and all reflecting off the wet floor. Part of the Cornwall and the Sea exhibition.

I like all 3 of these Cornish fishing paintings, but this is my favourite. I think because it is so dramatic yet reminisent of the market after hours.
